How do I request custom cookies?

Please use the custom order request tab to access form.  All requests must be made through this form.  Requests are subject to availability.

How much notice is needed to place a custom order?

Generally at least a two week notice is needed.  This could change depending on the time of year.

How much do you charge for cookies?

Cookie pricing is based on several factors.  Design, detail, colors, gold embellishments, customization, and size.  Pricing ranges between $24-$60 per dz.  The most common pricing is $30-$36 per dz. Send me a custom order request to discuss specific pricing.

Do you offer gluten free items?

Yes, I offer a gluten free option for my decorated cookies.

Do you make any vegan items?

I do not offer vegan items at this time.

Can your cookies be frozen?

Yes, Cookies will freeze well.  Cookies must be placed in an airtight freezer container.  Take cookies out of the freezer the night before you need them.  DO NOT open the container until they are completely thawed.  If container is opened too soon it can cause condensation and ruin your cookies.

How do I make a payment?

Payments can be made via Venmo (@Tami-Musick) Zelle (thecookieoccasion@gmail.com) Or Cash or card at pick up.

Do you ship?

Per Arizona Cottage Kitchen laws, I am not able to ship cookies.

Do you deliver?

We do not have a delivery service at this time.
